Originally a barn, the gite comprises a 35sq m lounge/kitchen on the ground floor and a large luxury bedroom with dressing area and ensuite bathroom on the first floor.
Accessed directly from the garden, a single step leads into the main room with all original oak beams and cool tiled floor. Windows look onto the 2 acre garden. Stairs lead to the first floor ensuite bedroom with its wooden floor and east and south facing windows. The bedroom has been decorated to a very high standard complementing the exposed oak beams, high ceiling, stone walls and four-poster wrought iron bed.
Directly outside the entrance steps lead down to a large private terrace with garden furniture, barbeque and stunning views across our garden.
Although perfect for couples, "Le Figuier" also has a full-size comfortable single daybed in addition to the four-poster bed so can easily accommodate 3 adults. As the bedroom is so big we can also add an additional bed to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children if required.

Rates include all linen (bedding and towels), gas and hot water. Electricity and heating are charged according to the number of units used at the rate of 10 cents per kwh. The first 7 units per day are free, which is usually sufficient if no heating is required.
A cleaning deposit of £50 is payable in addition to the rental price. This is returned on your departure provided the gite is left cleaned and ready for the next guest.
A security deposit against breakages of £150 is payable on your arrival. This is returned on your departure provided there are no breakages or damage to the property.
